Getting started:

Give us a call and set up a time to meet a coach and check out our facility. Or, if you just want to come and try us out, we offer FREE trial sessions at 10am every Saturday morning at our San Jose and Santa Clara locations, 10:30am at our Redwood City location, and 8.30am at our Mountain View location.

Crossfit 'Group' Prep Course - $200: Available at all locations

The Prep Course is designed to set you up for success prior to entering our general classes.  The movements we perform are unique and take some time and practice in the beginning to learn how to execute them properly.  You will be educated on what CrossFit is and why we think it is a great way to get you fit. The group size is no more than 10 people, which allows for a more personal and dedicated environment with other individuals like your self. Come prepared to sweat a little; we will be throwing in a little workout every day.

How The ‘Prep Course’ Works:

We run an 8 session Introductory Course with each session lasting 1 hour. These sessions are run over a two-week period with four sessions per week. You will need to sign up to ONE of the time slots available below at your preferred location. You cannot mix and match times, you will need to commit to just one. Spaces are limited to 10 people per time slot.

Crossfit 'Private' Prep Course - $400: Available at all Locations

This consists of you and a coach working together one on one until you are sufficient at the 9 fundamental movements of Crossfit, this typically takes 6-8 one hour sessions. Generally people choose this option who can not make the times listed above for our 'Group' classes.

One quick note….. If you think CrossFit is too intense and not for you, please come in and give it a try. All of our workouts can be scaled for ANY individual!

Additional Specialty Clubs

Visitors and Drop-Ins:

Are you going to be in town for a few days and want to get in a few workouts at Norcal CrossFit? As long as you are a current member at an Affiliated CrossFit Gym from anywhere around the world, you can drop in to ANY of our General CrossFit Classes.

Please be sure to fill out a waiver BELOW before you come in.

  • Visiting for 1-2  Days – FREE
  • Visiting for 3-7 Days  - Bring in a few Starbucks Gift Cards for the awesome trainers! You pick the amount.
