BIGGER AND BETTER THINGS FOR MOUNTAIN VIEW AND NORCAL!
We have heard your concerns!! Thank you for all your responses on our questionaire, we read them all (seriously, all of them!) and we wanted to take some time to address these concerns.
Space at Mountain View
We have been actively looking for a new, bigger location within the MV area for the last two years. Finding the ideal CrossFit space is challenging and the market right now is really competitive. We are as upset about this as you are and we thank you for your patience during this process. We are getting closer to our end goal and we will continuously keep working towards this. In the mean time, If anyone would like to buy some real estate, let us know, we would be great tenants!
Lack of Equipment
Lack of space is only part of the problem, we understand that we are lacking in equipment with some of the larger classes, so we have just ordered 6 new rowers, bars and plates for Mountain View; Boxes and bars for San Jose. This is just a start, we will be making more orders in the next few months to help accomodate the bigger classes.
Class Sizes and Coaches
They can be big. We understand this can sometimes cause a less than ideal working out environment. What we took away from the majority of your responses is that it isn't the size that is the frustrating part, it is the coach to athlete ratio and time spent with a coach that is lacking. We have heard this and we are doing what we can to both add more coaches per class AND continue to work on our quality of coaching to ensure you get the best possible coaching we can offer.
We recieved a lot of other feedback and we are doing our best to address these as well. We believe that if it is something positive for the majority of our clients then we will think seriously about implementing it. Thanks again and we are looking forward to a great year in health and fitness!!
