NorCal CrossFit Jan. 14th 2014

 

Well done to our NCLab crew of Garret, Molly and Miranda who competed in the OC Competition this weekend in Southern California. It was a gruelling two day event with over 8 workouts! Doing one or two workouts over a whole weekend seems tough, can you imagine having to do 10!? And perform well in each one. It is incredible what these top CrossFit athletes are now capable of doing! Less than 6 years ago, this wouldn't have been possible at the same level.

WORKOUT FOR TUESDAY 

2 Front Squat

2 Jerk

Rest 2min between sets

Bar cannot be put down between reps
