Did you know we run a free trial every Saturday at all our locations!? If you aren't sure about signing up without having tried us out, head on in to one of our free trials and see what we are all about. You will get some CrossFit education and a workout. It's open to any level of fitness.

PROGRAMMING FOR THE OPEN
With the Open less than two months away, we thought it might be a nice change of pace to switch our programming focus towards preparing you for the Open. This means practising more of the movements that are likely to come up, getting more comfortable with being uncomfortable and also throwing in a few past open workouts here and there.
We don't expect you to tackle these workouts with the same intensity as the actual open, if you did, you might not make it to the Open. They are physically and mentally demanding, and when done with 100% effort, leave you in heap on the floor and some times vowing to never CrossFit again!
It's going to be fun!
