NorCal CrossFit Nov. 5th 2013

 

Some team bonding went down on Friday night for both our Santa Clara and San Jose Coaches! (Skunk is an important part of the team too!)

 

Upcoming Nutrition Seminar

Serious Question......Are you doing your 'daily exercises?' If not, then you best be adding these little gems to your daily regime! Outfit not mandatory but highly recommended!

Workout for Tuesday:

Split Squat 5-5-5-5

+

every 30sec perform

8 burpees

8min

* The split squats are no joke! Make sure you challenge yourself and go as heavy as possible. Start with your weak leg, so its fresh for the beginning of the set!
