Some team bonding went down on Friday night for both our Santa Clara and San Jose Coaches! (Skunk is an important part of the team too!)

Workout for Tuesday:
Split Squat 5-5-5-5
every 30sec perform
* The split squats are no joke! Make sure you challenge yourself and go as heavy as possible. Start with your weak leg, so its fresh for the beginning of the set!
