In 10 words or less, what is the best part of your job?

Being a part of the NorCal community. 

Running or Lifting?

I'm definitely a better runner than lifter, but lately I've been choosing to lift more to focus on my goat. I'm still improving my running, however, under the expert tutelage of Mr. Hinshaw.   

Shirt on or off while working out?

I try to keep it on but sometimes it gets hot hot hot. 

Paleo/Zone/Primal or none of the above?

I strictly adhere to a Kitchen Hana diet. 

SISU? (do you lie down after a workout?)

My gym time is spent primarily on the ground. 

Do you have any hobbies outside of CrossFit? Is so, what?
