Thanks to all our fabulous good looking volunteers who helped out on Saturday!

HAVE YOUR SAY!

Here at NorCal we are always trying to be better at everything we do. Better coaches, better facilities, better services etc. We want to provide the best for you guys because you are paying a lot of money to train with us and we want to create a fun, safe and hard working environment. We want to prove to you that we are the best CrossFit gym around and give you absolutely no reason to ever want to leave :-)

To help ensure we are the best, we need your help! We send out an annual client questionaire to get feedback from you guys about coaching, the program and everything else really. It would mean a lot to us if you took just a few minutes (literally) out of your day to fill out the questionaire FOUND HERE
