NorCal CrossFit Jan. 3rd 2014

*PLEASE NOTE: There will NO Classes at San Jose on Saturday 4th due to the Fundraiser event.

San Jose had 42 people at the 7am and noon class today! What happened to taking time off CrossFit for the holidays!!?

MAKE IT COUNT

If you want to be accountable for your New Year Goals, join the community goal sheet Danny created. It's simple, choose one thing (can be more) per month to achieve. Make sure you still abide by the usual goal setting rules of making it specific, measurable, achievable and realistic. For example, saying you want to eat healthier for January is great, but HOW are you going to do that. Set yourself up for success by being as specific as possible. How about this instead: "I want to eat healthier for the month of January but cutting out all processed sugar and gluten". Easy. 

Remember, it isn't usually the month of January people have problems sticking to their goals, its usually the second, third, so on and so on months that tend to slip away from us and before you know it, it's Christmas again! Let's try stay focused as a community and by creating these small monthly goals I think this makes it really achievable. This doesn't mean you shouldn't set other goals, but if you are one of the 80% (not a real statistic) that don't stick to or achieve their goals then this new method may be for you! Have fun.
