GOING ON VACATION?

No need to put your exercise regimen on hold while you travel over the holidays. There are so many ways to keep in touch with your fitness even if you don't have access to a CrossFit gym. In fact, it is a great opportunity to take some time away from the barbell and focus on anything else really. Some times a few days off training is all we need to re-group, re-fresh and create some new goals for the new year. Or why not dedicate these days to work on some mobility, your body will thank you!

If taking a few days off doesn't sound like something you want to do, especially after all the food you will probably be consuming; here are a few bodyweight/no equipment workouts you can do just about any where:

12 Walking Lunges

12 Burpees

AMRAP 12min

10 Air Squats

5 Pushups

EMOM 20min

21-15-9

HSPU

Jumping lunges

5 wall climbs

10 v-sits

15 air squats

20 situps

5 rounds

Run 400m

25 Pushups

AMRAP 15min

In teams of four (two men/two women)

Two men perform:

75 Back squats (135 lbs)/50 Pull-ups (teammates (girls) hold the bar)/25 Shoulder-to-overhead (135 lbs)

Then women perform:

75 Back squats (95 lbs)/50 Pull-ups (team mates (boys) hold the bar)/25 Shoulder-to-overhead (95 lbs)

Then men perform:

75 Front squats (85 lbs)/50 Pull-ups (team mates hold the bar)/25 Shoulder-to-overhead (85 lbs)

Then women perform:

75 Front squats (65 lbs)/50 Pull-ups (team mates hold the bar)/25 Shoulder-to-overhead (65 lbs)

Then men perform:

75 Overhead squats (65 lbs)/50 Pull-ups (team mates hold the bar)/25 Shoulder to overhead (65 lbs)

Then women perform:
