NEW YEARS RESOLUTIONS ARE OLD NEWS
TRY SOMETHING NEW FOR 30 DAYS!
Tina and I came across this video from TED TALK. We were really intrigued on this topic, “Try Something New in 30 Days”. 2014 is around the corner and this is usually the time we try to make New Years resolutions. Typically, the first month we hit it strong, and as the months go by, our drive begins to fizzle.
I came up with an idea to share with the entire Norcal community. Instead of having one New Years resolution, I propose to you, to set twelve 30 Day Resolutions (1 per month). I truly believe that SMALL CHANGES = a SUSTAINABLE lifestyle. For example, January I would like to stop buying SHOES (hahaha). February, I would like to find time to read one chapter a day. These monthly challenges should be difficult enough, so you feel rewarded after each accomplishment. You can even make them CrossFit related, 100 air squats or 50 burpees a day for a month.

FOURTH DAY OF NORCAL CHRISTMAS
In the first 30sec perform:
3 Power Clean (135/95)
In the second 30sec perform:
5 Power Clean
Repeat for 10min
4th Day of NorCal Christmas Cash Out: In pairs perform 5 pullups each one at a time, switch….Go until one person cannot perform 5 in a row any more.
