COACHES FAVOURITE WORKOUTS
You got a favourite workout? I'm sure you do, and I bet they are all really different! That is the beauty of CrossFit, some like it short and heavy, some like it long and light........

My favorite was Open workout 13.1, because the year before during 12.2, I couldn't get one snatch at 165. And this year I got 9. The improvement was very gratifying
75 pound Snatch, 30 reps
135 pound Snatch, 30 reps
165 pound Snatch, 30 reps
210 pound Snatch, as many reps as possible - As far as possible in 17min
My favorite workout of all time was Nasty Girls. This was the first CrossFit video I ever watched. I privately thought "someday". This goal had a long journey because my starting max deadlift was 135. This July, after 5 years with CrossFit, I finished Nasty Girls in 14:05.
50 squats, 7 muscle ups, 10 hang power cleans (135) - 3 rounds
