How many of these can you do? While chipping away at a wall squat isn't as glamorous as cranking out a bunch of handstand pushups, focusing on it will make you more proficient at things like handstand pushups and most likely contribute to an injury free body too. - Thanks to CFNZ for the video.

Workout for Wednesday:

3 Kb Front Squats (goblet)

3 Kb Single Arm Swings

3 Kb Push Press (each arm)

AMRAP 3min

rest 1min

5 rounds
