WORKOUT FOR SATURDAY

Complete as many reps as possible of the following in 15min:

Muscle Ups

Power Snatch (135/95lbs)

* Can perform the exercises in any order/amount at a time.

* Scale MU to Bar Jumping MU or chest to bar pullups
