How long have you been competing in CrossFit?

4 years 

What drives you to compete?

I  compete because it's FUN, I love it, and I want to make my husband and family proud. I also want to test my progress each year to see how far I've come as an athlete.  

Which event are you going to kick ass in the most?

Ahhhh the 64 pull ups DUH! Just kidding the 1 rep hang snatch for sure! 

What is the first thing you will eat after the Regionals?

I will Mack on pizza and beer : ) or maybe just tequila on the rocks! 

Do you have a lucky item of clothing that you always compete with?

My Vincero bracelet in honor of my Brother in law who's fighting cancer.
