How did you find CrossFit and what made you stick with it?

My husband! From the beginning Matt has pushed me as my coach to challenge myself and step outside of my comfort zone while at the same time supporting me as my husband and putting up with my 50 shades of crazy when it comes to training. 

What drives you to compete?

Competition in its team form, that is, working towards a common goal, playing to the group's strengths and supporting one other, is something I have always loved! Goals keep you accountable, but the real work happens on the way there. 

What is your favorite all out – go for it cheat meal?

I could eat my body weight in plantain chips. 

If you were to sum up your team in a few words, how would you describe them?

I've been sitting here trying to think of the adjectival form of "gains"... They put the "fun" in FUNctional fitness! 

What do you want to see come up at Regionals?

Heavy cleans or snatches, Wallballs

What are you secretly (or maybe not so secretly) hoping does NOT come up at Regionals?

High rep pull-ups. (Ummm... can I retroactively add handstand walking...? Will that make it go away?) 
 
 
Do you have a lucky item of clothing that you always compete with?
 
Afraid I don't have a very good answer for this one - no lucky clothing items. I need hair elastics! I like lifting in oly shoes? I wear socks?
