How did you find CrossFit and what made you stick with it?
My girlfriend found crossfit first and fell in love with it she'd always tell me how hard the work outs were and she enjoyed getting her butt kicked. I was in college playing rugby at the time and didn't have time for it but once she finally convinced me to come in I never turned back.
What drives you to compete?
I've always played sports ever since I was 5 I've anyways wanted to compete in something. It's fun, hard, challenging and rewarding all at the same time.
What is your favorite all out – go for it cheat meal?
Pizza, beer, ice cream. In that order. Sounds like my Sunday nights actually...
If you were to sum up your team in a few words, how would you describe them?
I get the pleasure of coaching some of these dudes and see them everyday they are beyond stoked and are working really hard to have fun out there.
What do you want to see come up at Regionals?
Anything heavy on a barbell.
What are you secretly (or maybe not so secretly) hoping does NOT come up at Regionals?
Heavy breathing haha.
Do you have a lucky item of clothing that you always compete with?
No but I always put my left sock and shoe on first.
