How long have you been competing in CrossFit?Started in 2012, so 3 years now.
What drives you to compete?For me, I truly enjoy going to the gym every single day and throwing down with my friends. Competing for me is just an expression of the hard I have put in.
Which event are you going to kick ass in the most?I'm really looking forward to regional event 7. It's 64 pull-ups and 8 overhead squats at 205lbs for time. It's super fast (my type of workout) and is going to be an awesome spectacle event.
What is the first thing you will eat after the Regionals?
Haha everything. I have been known to go on some pretty big binges...whole dozen of donuts, large pizza, a large milkshake all in one sitting. We will see what calls me after regionals.
Do you have a lucky item of clothing that you always compete with?Not really, but one thing is you will never see me compete with low socks on. For some reason I feel naked with those types of socks on while competing...it's weird I know haha
