How did you find CrossFit and what made you stick with it? I found out about CrossFit from my friends on Facebook. I stick with CrossFit because of the culture and the community.
 
What drives you to compete? Embracing the struggle. I love struggling to compete against myself. Every day can be different - whether that's your mind competing against your body, or your spirit competing against both your mind and body.
 
What is your favorite all out – go for it cheat meal? I don't eat meat, so if I "had" to have a cheat meal, it would involve lots of raw, blackened Tuna steaks.
 
If you were to sum up your team in a few words, how would you describe them? Fun, fit, and freaking awesome.
 
What do you want to see come up at Regionals? Personally, I would love to throw around that demon skull KB. Joking aside, I want to see something unordinary that tests - in a single WOD - all six team members' ability to work together and collective mental will to push through a long, tough Met Con.
 
What are you secretly (or maybe not so secretly) hoping does NOT come up at Regionals? I hope for no multiple rep movements that are beyond my 1RM. It's no secret to Gain City that I need to see more gains.
 
Do you have a lucky item of clothing that you always compete with? When I was competing in college, I used to be extremely superstitious. I had lucky socks, a lucky warm up shirt, and lucky shoes - among others. Now, I worry more about feeling good and having fun vs. luck and superstition.
