Carl Simpson - San Jose

Carl walked into NorCal with the highest level of fitness out of any other 'wise' person I have ever met, and he continues to excel day in and day out. As a young 73 year old, Carl can hold his own with the rest of the young athletes, it is awesome to see! Thanks for choosing NorCal CrossFit Carl, we are so honored to have you part of our community!

- 3-Position Snatch (floor, below knee, above knee) - 60%, 65%, 70%, 75% x 3 sets

- Back Squat - 75% x 5 x 5

- Push Press - 75% x 5 x 5
