Schedule for Monday - Veterans Day

Mountain View: 7am, 8am, 9am, Noon, 4.30pm, 5.30pm and 6.30pm

San Jose: 6am, 7am Noon, 4.30pm, 5.30pm, 6.30pm

* We don't program hero workouts often. Why? Hero workouts are created to honour a fallen soldier that has fought for their country. This in itself is not to be taken lightly. If we were to program them all the time, they would lose their affect and people stop respecting them for what they are and why they were created. They are also usually longer, harder and mentally more challenging than regular workouts. We save them for special occassions and days like these ones where we come together as a community and work hard together and fight through the workout just as the hero themselves did for their country. (scaling of course always applies!)

U.S. Army Specialist Scott Morrison, 23, of Blue Ash, Ohio, assigned to 584th Mobility Augmentation Company, 20th Engineer Battalion, 36th Engineer Brigade, based out of Fort Hood, Texas, died on September 26, 2010, from injuries suffered on September 25 when insurgents in Kandahar, Afghanistan attacked his vehicle with an improvised explosive device. He is survived by his father Donald, mother Susan, brother Gary, and sister Katie.
