For those of you struggling with the allusive double under, don't run in fear of today's workout. Rather, take it as a chance to improve! Hopefully we all learned from Open workout 14.1 that persistence pays off in this skill.
Whether you have the double under down or not, we can always work to improve positioning and mechanics for this movement to string them together more efficiently, save energy, or for some of you, maybe even get your first one!
