Some Post workout stretching (sleeping) going on at HGST - GO this week!

It’s Saturday, and sometimes you just want pancakes on the weekend, so here is an awesome recipe, courtesy of Danielle Walker’s Against All Grain.

There is nothing better than coming into the gym and putting in some work with your NorCal family and then heading home to make a delicious breakfast!

Then, get out of the house and do something fun!

Check out this recipe and get your pancake fix without the grains and refined sugars of usual pancake recipes. Fuel up to recover from 14.2 and to prepare for next week’s 14.3!
