Check out this cool video I found of the Barber duo (coach Pat and coach Taz) doing cleans back in 2011. They’re working three position cleans. One from the ground, one from the hang (mid-thigh) and one from the high hang (hip).
Notice how their speed and technique improve as the weights get heavier...
That speed is pretty impressive! Today, when you work on your two cleans each minute, think about replicating the speed these two utilize to get under the bar. How fast can you extend your hips before retreating back under the bar into a solid front squat?
