Mostly on but I like to mix it up.
Paleo/Zone/Primal or none of the above?
No gluten, dairy, sugar or alcohol. 2 Cheat meals per week
SISU? (do you lie down after a workout?)
I'd like to say no but yeah, I've been hitting the deck hard lately.
Do you have any hobbies outside of CrossFit? Is so, what?
I love all sports, playing and watching. Lately my biggest hobby has been playing clash of clans on my iPad.
