NorCal CrossFit Mar. 2nd 2014

Nick getting it done during 14.1 on Saturday!

Thanks to everyone who came out to our community event and Progenex Open day today! We had over 100 athletes go through 14.1 today and everyone worked their butts off, it was awesome! We hope you all had fun!

A few things about entering your Open Scores

* The affiliate you did the workout at is the affiliate you put down. Not the one you belong to. Everyone who did it Saturday morning would enter NorCal CrossFit.

* If you did ONE double under and then scaled the rest of the workout, your score is 1. Not the number you wrote on the score sheet.

* Make sure you know who your judge was and write their name down. If you are unsure, email pat@norcalcrossfit.com. He has all the scoresheets.

* You have until Monday 5pm to post AND have your score validated, so don't leave it until the last minute.
