You have probably noticed that we are trying to run one of these at least once a week or every two weeks. We have had such great feedback on all of them from the people that have participated.

Our next one is on Rowing! You will be surprised how a few tweaks here and there on your erg technique will completely change your rowing performance!
Almost every member can hop onto rower and start pulling, and they can get a good workout, but few know how to do it efficiently and safely. So on Saturday, Coach Mickey will hold a one hour seminar on using the Concept 2 rower at our San Jose location. He will review the rower set-up, rowing technique, and strategies (quick starts, cadence, etc) for sprints or longer rows, as well as using the display. The seminar will be open to 18 people, so sign up now!
