 Janet is doing amazing things out in Singapore for HGST!

Now and Then - Syed Ali

When Syed (pictured above) first came in (Aug, 2012) he tweaked his back within the first few days of training. After that he was hesitant to even come back. After a bit of discussion about how we would take it slow when he came back and that coming in was actually the best thing for the rehab of his back he made the descision to continue at NorCal CrossFit.

Since then he has gained massive amounts of strength in his back and everywhere else, and recently finished a half marathon with no training other than CrossFit. He recently showed us this before picture and we were all blown away with how far he had come. Thumbs up to you Syed and we are pumped you stuck with it!
