HOW TO REGISTER ON YOUR TEAM FOR THE OPEN?
First you need to sign up for the OPEN! Once you have done that then you can join your team (the gym/affiliate you train at the most).

THE HANDSTAND PUSH-UP
Today, you get to work on your handstand push-up! Don’t have one yet? Perhaps today could be your day. Already have them down? Then, today could be your day to start to fine-tune, focusing on efficiency, speed, and therefore, intensity.
This awesome video by Chris Spealler and Matt Chan does an awesome job of breaking down both the strict and kipping handstand push up. This is one of my favorites because Speal clearly and simply breaks down the movement, while using Matt as his demo. It is one of the clearest, most helpful videos I have found on the movement. I also love how he dives into the WHY!
As you watch, note the tips he offers when it comes to efficiency, hand and shoulder position, and maintaining midline. Also, it’s always good to think about every movement we do in its practical application to other movements. Speal discusses how the handstand push-up relates to and improves our press and jerk.
