Michelle from San Jose just completed the West Coast 50km in 6 hr/11min and took first place Woman! Amazing Michelle!

Bench Press Seminar | Saturday 9am @ San Jose

 
Coach Cheryl will be covering the traditional powerlifting bench press during this one hour session. Seminar includes lecture, tutorials, and breaking out into small groups in order to get some time under the bar - aka bench bro sesh. Seminar is limited to 12 people in order to ensure quality!
