How was the first Ladies Night? Did you record your score on the leaderboard? It doesn't only have to be for competitive reasons that you would record your score. How do you know you have improved at anything if you don't have something to compare it to? It's also a great incentive to keep working hard and never give up when you have things written on paper! Start keeping a journal of your workouts. It's fun to go back to them after a few years and realise how much you have really improved!
