NEW OPEN GYM TIMES!

Santa Clara: 3.30-4.30pm Mon - Thurs

San Jose: 8-10am Mon/Wed

* Please note: Open gym is intended for you to supplemement your current training schedule, or for seasoned CrossFitters who can't attend class hours. If you are unsure if you fit into either category, please discuss with your coach. Make sure you still sign in!
