NorCal CrossFit Feb. 11th 2014

NEW CLASS TIME

San Jose will be adding a 5am on Fridays. Effective THIS Friday 14th February.

Don't forget we have a open forum nutrition talk for ya'll Wednesday (WAS TUESDAY) night at 5.30pm at the San Jose location. FREE for members! Come ready with some questions or, just listen to others!

The Open is only 19 days away!

So we are into the last few weeks to register for the Open. Here are some thoughts on why it IS a good idea to register, no mater your ability level, experience with CrossFit, or even athleticism.

For some, the coolest part about taking part in the Open is getting to compare their scores to the elite athletes, seeing how they stack up against the greats, but for so many, the appeal is different. For these people, registering for the Open is more about the feeling of really being a part of something great with your own gym and with a worldwide CrossFit community. 

The Open is also a chance to have real indicators of how you have improved. If this is your first year doing CrossFit (or even your first week), think about how far you’ll come by this time next year? You’ll have 5 workouts judged and scores as perfect indicators of your progress.

And if you already have signed up, get ready for an AWESOME month of great workouts and fun times with friends.
