NEW CLASS TIME AT SAN JOSE

We have added a 7am class on Saturdays at San Jose. It start tomorrow!!

Enjoy the way you eat

Eating is something we do a lot of. So, that means it needs to be some what enjoyable! Too often people will dive into a month of 'paleo' or srict eating to only be miserable for that whole month or on the opposite end of things, have no plan and eat foods that aren't optimising performance (life, exercise, relationships etc) and are miserable too.

There is no solution nor concrete evidence saying everyone should eat a certain way, which is why we get to make that choice for ourselves! If cutting out dairy and fruit doesn't work for you, don't do it. If avoiding gluten makes you feel better, great; keep doing it. Just make sure that whatever path you choose to take with your food that it is one you enjoy. If you want to eat some potato chips (yes please) and chocolate, go ahead and do it, but don't whine about it afterwards and for goodness sake, put your big boy/girl pants on and eat your vegetables!
