SUPERBOWL WOD

 Go 49ers!  Win SuperBowl 47!
 
In Teams of 2, complete 47 reps of each of the exercises below together as a team (except for rope climbs - see below).
 
Before moving on to the next exercise, complete 49 Double Unders.
   
 Sit ups
 Up downs (aka burpees)
 Pull ups
 Extensions (Hip extensions)
 Rope Climbs (11 total = 4 + 7)
 Box jumps (24/20)
 Overhead squats (95/65)
Wallballs (20/14)
 Lunge with plate OH (45/25)
