Your shoulders may get a bit fatigued tomorrow. Here is what I would try. 21-15-9 can be a bit intimidating. However I'd ask you this.....is the 9 as intimidating as the 21? I'd so no. However, here's the thing....21 is simply two sets of 9 plus a rep or two. When looking at these workouts don't get all wrapped up in the bigger numbers. Bigger numbers are simply a few smaller numbers put together. Set yourself a goal....maybe its 3 sets of 7 or 3 sets of 5....whatever. The bottom line is, don't redline it. Hit a solid set, rest a few seconds and repeat for the entire workout. Set yourself small goals....you'll end up with a win always as long as you stick to your gameplan. Enjoy!

Maybe the RWC crew is taking part in a rope hanging ceremony.

RWC pic is of another playful warmup by Coach Molly - run 400m carrying the rope as a crew! Beat that one for fun and inventive!

Run 400m carrying an equally long python.

Boom!

This is great advice: break up those sets and don't put the bar down til your chosen set is over. Take a short break and get back on that bar!

Yesterday at 4:30 in Redwood City, Coach Molly showed us an awesome shoulder mobility stretch. I call it "doing the John Travolta on your back with a lacrosse ball". It was great.

Coach Molly also did that shoulder mobility stretch with us at noon but clearly we just didn't have the right music for me to think of it that way. Great description.

Lots of luv for Coach Molly! I liked the 'Tag. You're IT!" warm up we had the other day.

The idea for the freeze tag warmup with a Cindy buy out came from Coach Matt in the early am at RWC! Between watching Alex, Molly and Matt, I feel like I'm the luckiest coach in the world - I learn from these guys every day.

Mickey, it's also great seeing you when I'm out at RWC. I always leave there with lots of valuable feedback from you (and also Coach Molly) along with fun lines like "you are planning to go higher on those?" A nice alternative to "no-rep," and I definitely want to be told when that is the case.
