Schedule for this Weekend:

Friday our last class will be at 4:30pm at all locations (finishes at 5:30pm). This will allow our coaches to participate in a trainer dinner. Thank you for your understanding. 

Saturday will be normal everywhere except at Saratoga Ave. class will be at 7:30am

NorCal CrossFit's "not for profit T's" 

All profits from the below two t-shirts will go into a charity fund. Currently we are reviewing the best use of funds. It may go to Kenya. However more than likely the funds will be used to purchase CrossFit gear for schools that can not afford it. We are pursuing this as our new goal for 2013. Finding schools that need fitness equipment is number one on our list, we would obviously also coach the staff on how to improve the students movement.

Hahhaha Jason, I LOVED the Hotel WODs commentary. I'm late, I know I know.. Here's one I've done before that left me sweaty

5 rounds for time of:
10 Dumbbell Power Snatches - Left hand (50 lbs.)
15 Push ups
10 Dumbbell Power Snatches - Right hand
15 Push ups

Obviously, this workout should not be done with the intent of going through the motions nor with anything less than the hardest of efforts.

Molly and Mickey, thanks for the awesome noon class at RWC. Always enjoy getting out that way on Tuesdays. But you do need to do something about those smelly pull-ups bars. ;-)
