Schedule for this Weekend:
Friday our last class will be at 4:30pm at all locations (finishes at 5:30pm). This will allow our coaches to participate in a trainer dinner. Thank you for your understanding.
Saturday will be normal everywhere except at Saratoga Ave. class will be at 7:30am
All profits from the below two t-shirts will go into a charity fund. Currently we are reviewing the best use of funds. It may go to Kenya. However more than likely the funds will be used to purchase CrossFit gear for schools that can not afford it. We are pursuing this as our new goal for 2013. Finding schools that need fitness equipment is number one on our list, we would obviously also coach the staff on how to improve the students movement.
