Saturday at 9am we will have a clinic on the HSPU and Muscle Up at our San Jose location. It will end by 10 or so.

I had these the other day at a restaurant in downtown San Jose called Arcadia. What an amazing idea! Fries instead of bread as a "thank you for coming in, here's some carbs to warm up your belly" 
Just as cheap to produce, just as easy, 10x better tasting and doesn't have any gluten (if you care about that type of thing). I just thought it was a really cool idea and thought I would share. If you ever visit the restaurant....the lobster corn dogs and tuna tartar are great.

Last time I did this I definitely could not string C2B pull ups. I feel like I have come a long way in about a year so I am really excited to do this again!

Not sure if we are going to follow the Open WOD 12.5 from 2012, but it was (100/65) for the weight RX and it was chest to bar pullups.
