Never thought I would see this day, specific offices at a gym? Really.....well we needed it....the new NorCal CrossFit offices located at our San Jose location.

Funny thing is, our first gym was the same square footage as this hahaha. I wonder what this space will look like two years from now?

Workout for Wednesday:

Craziest thing Chris (our genius) showed me. If you hold command-shift-4 you can do a screen shot. Just a random fact of the day. (possibly only for Macs OS)

command+ctrl+shift+4 will put it in your clipboard, rather than saving it as a file on your desktop.

If you use either of these commands (you get a cross-hair for selection) and then press the spacebar, it will allow you to capture the entire window of the application, not just a selection.
