Hell ya! NorCal Bingo Night!

So I am not exactly sure why this idea came to me, but it sounds fun as hell. Lets play some Bingo, drink some wine, and hang out! Details to come on this, we have never done a Bingo night....not sure the legal issues with the transfer of money. May need to do gift card buy-ins, wine bottle buy-ins, or burpee buy-ins haha.

The Romanian or Straight leg deadlift pictured above on left. (I'd like to see the head a bit more neutral) The low back looks awesome though.

This is an extremely good way to develop hamstring strength. However it is very challenging to perform for some people with mobility issues in their hamstrings. Most people can't maintain a good low back position with their legs extended. Our deadlift normally looks significantly different to this. We have a blend between quad and hamstring by bending our knees a bit. This allows most athletes to start in a better position. However if you want to try these, please find a coach and we can show you how they are done.

Coach Rick having some fun with medicine ball turkish get ups on the above right pic. Nice work!

Workout for Tuesday:

Press 5-5-5-5-5
Push Press 3-3-3-3-3
Push/Split Jerk 1-1-1-1-1

The goal is 100% max effort on these lifts. If you come in to NorCal 4-6 days a week we dose you pretty hard. These strength days are very important to develop not only physical strength but also mental. There's something about throwing a few hundred pounds over your head that makes you feel more confident when approaching lifts outside the gym. Come on in and have some fun.

transfer of money shouldn't be a problem as long as the house doesn't make a profit.
