This weekend we will be having a......lets get better session! 
This session will be focused on the Hand Stand Push Up and Muscle Up. It will be held at NorCal CrossFit San Jose located on Saratoga Ave. It will take place at 9am for anyone interested. Myself (Jason) and several other coaches will be their to help.


Workout for Thursday:

Tabata
Row
Deadlift at bodyweight 


This workout can be really taxing or really easy. Hit the ROWS very very hard. Hit the deadlifts hard too, just remember to keep your lower back nice and flat at all times. 

Also, keep in mind that this isn't everything you guys will be completing. If you follow our programming from afar you should know that we have a comprehensive session plan that outlines what each coach focuses on daily. just a side note.

Remember to always keep your feet locked in on the GHD, It's very easy to get tired and forget. It has happened to myself, and several others at the gym.

Gets you pretty pumped up for the upcoming CrossFit Games season!!

Yes, we are very spoiled with February lows in the 30s! I'll do all I can to avoid heading to Minnesota in February!

I was just in Rochester about 2 weeks ago and thats pretty balmy, LOL. I hope Alex gets to check out Crossfit Progression and meet the folks out there. Nic Scudamore led a weightlifting class and I got to take part in it. Awesome coach and staff!!
