Deadlift at bodyweight
This workout can be really taxing or really easy. Hit the ROWS very very hard. Hit the deadlifts hard too, just remember to keep your lower back nice and flat at all times.
Also, keep in mind that this isn't everything you guys will be completing. If you follow our programming from afar you should know that we have a comprehensive session plan that outlines what each coach focuses on daily. just a side note.
